Ending a relationship is rarely easy, but the truth is that it's a part of life. And it's OKAY to break up with people. A relationship can end for any number of reasons. It might be that you are not right for each other or that the timing in your life isn't right.

If something isn't working, acknowledge it! If there's something you can do to work it out, then that's great! If not, you can part on good terms and hold love for each other rather than hate each other. Ending a relationship is not a failure for you or the other person. Sometimes, it's the healthiest choice for you both.

I've had a few people asking about therapy availability. Unfortunately, I am not taking on any new clients at this time, and I don't see that changing before 2025.

If you spend all of your time walking on eggshells or cannot fully be yourself around your partner, it might be a good time to evaluate the health of your relationship.
